    Resend Policy

    What is the Resend Policy?


    At Soccerdealshop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and it falls within the scope of our Return Policy, we've got you covered.

    Due to the long transit time for international returns (often over one month) and the high shipping costs, we aim to provide a more efficient and cooperative solution — our Resend Policy, designed to save you time and ensure a better experience.

    How does our Resend Policy work?

    We will resend your order under any of the following conditions, once the issue is confirmed:

    1. Size Issue
    If the item you received does not fit properly, please send us clear photos of you wearing the jersey for verification. Once confirmed, you’ll just need to pay a small shipping fee, and we will arrange a new shipment for you.

    2. Logistics Exceptions
    If your package has significantly exceeded the normal delivery time and the tracking status shows "Alert" or "Expired", please contact us. After verification, we will resend your order free of charge.

    3. Customs Hold or Package Loss
    If your package is lost or held/seized by customs, please provide supporting documentation (such as screenshots or official notices). Once confirmed, we will resend the item to you at no additional cost.

    Note: Personalized items are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a production error or quality issue.
